There may be several reasons for why payment for an order has failed. Reach out to our Customer Service Team via email: support@lewisknife.com with subject 'Fail Payment' and provide your details and/or screenshot of trouble (if can).
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
In case the stock runs out, the delivery time might take between 1-2 weeks in total as we need time to restock our inventory - handmade product. We will notify you immediately should your order be delayed due to the restocking.
We ship internationally around the world.
After processing your order it will be sent to the proper fulfillment center. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. Please kindly contact your local post if need be when the package arrives in your country.

Lewis Knife is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will do our best to mediate these issues and not surprise you with any unnecessary added costs.
Wash your Lewis Knife immediately after each use. Carefully wash it by hand and then dry immediately after washing to make sure all moisture is gone before storing back.
When washing your knife by hand, use only soft sponges while still ensuring the schmutz gets off. Never use abrasive sponges or scouring pumices as those can eventually dull a high-polished knife.
Our knives come already oiled, but you need to wash that oil off the blade with warm water or a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. After that you can oil the blade with special knife oil or regular food oil of your choice. Oiling is crucial for steel blades, so make sure to do that regularly.
Good news, you don’t need to bring it to a professional every week. Here are some steps to sharpen your Lewis Knife:
Lewis Knives are made from high carbon steel and with good care, it will last you a long time. After each use, remember to immediately wash it with your hand using a soft sponge. Dry it with a towel after washing and then oil it with a knife oil or regular food oil of your choice.
This warranty applies to defects in materials, craftsmanship, or manufacturing of Lewis Knives purchased directly from Lewi.com or Lewis's official Amazon listings (referred to as “Covered Items”).
The Warranty remains active as long as the original purchaser owns the Covered Items

Depending on the specific nature of your claim, you might be required to provide additional information such as descriptive details or photographs illustrating the damage.

Upon receiving your claim, Lewis will assess the damage. If the damage is due to material or craftsmanship defects, Lewis will replace the item free of charge. If the specific item is no longer available, you'll be offered an alternative of similar or reasonably equivalent value. No fees, including shipping or processing, are required for a warranty claim.
